Terms of Service
Last updated 23 August 2026
1. Who runs EnderLab
EnderLab (enderlab.app) is operated by North Pixel spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered in Poland.
North Pixel sp. z o.o.
ul. Augustyna Szamarzewskiego 21/2, 60-514 Poznań, Poland
KRS: 0001250825, NIP: 7812113399, REGON: 545113877
Contact: [email protected]
In these terms, we means North Pixel sp. z o.o. and you means the person using EnderLab.
2. What EnderLab does
You describe a Minecraft plugin or mod in plain language. EnderLab uses a large language model to write the full source code, shows you every file as it is written, and compiles it into a ready-to-use .jar file you can download and drop into a server's plugins/ folder or a client's mods/ folder.
Browsing the site, the pricing and this page requires no account. Creating projects, generating code and building .jar files requires signing in.
3. Your account
Sign-in is available only through Discord or Google. We do not store passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to the account you sign in with, and for everything done through your EnderLab account.
4. What you are buying
Every paid plan is a single one-time payment that unlocks 30 days of usage. It is not a subscription: nothing renews automatically, no card is stored, and no further charge is ever made without you starting a new purchase.
- A plan raises your usage allowance - how much AI generation you can run in the period. Free accounts get a small monthly allowance at no cost.
- Higher plans additionally unlock premium AI models.
- When the 30 days end, you simply return to the Free plan. Your projects, source code and previously built .jar files stay accessible and downloadable.
- Running out of allowance pauses new generations only. Nothing you already created is taken away or locked.
Plan prices are shown on the site before purchase. The allowance is consumed by AI usage, so a very heavy project uses it faster than a small one.
5. Payments
Payments are handled by SimPay, operated by Payments Solution Sp. z o.o., ul. Słoneczna 4, 06-212 Krasnosielc, NIP: 7571485069, REGON: 369120445, KRS: 0000711723. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Your plan activates automatically as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment. Prices are shown in USD.
6. Immediate delivery and the right of withdrawal
Access to the purchased plan is granted immediately after a successful payment - that is the point of the product.
By buying a plan you expressly request that we begin providing the service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). Because the allowance is unlocked the moment payment is confirmed, refunds are not available on that basis.
This does not affect your statutory rights where the service was not delivered or was delivered faulty - see the next section.
7. Complaints
If you paid for a plan and did not receive it, or the service does not work as described, you have the right to file a complaint. Write to [email protected] from the address tied to your account and include what you bought, when, and what went wrong.
We handle complaints within 7 business days. If a complaint is justified, we restore the service or refund the payment.
8. Acceptable use
Any action taken to the detriment of the service is prohibited, in particular attempts to breach its security. You also agree not to:
- circumvent usage allowances, plan gates or rate limits, or use automated tools to hammer the service;
- resell, share or sublicense access to your account;
- use EnderLab to produce code intended to damage systems, steal data or break into other people's servers;
- generate content that is illegal, infringes someone's rights, or harasses others.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is serious, we may do so without notice.
9. The code EnderLab generates
The source code and .jar files produced for your projects are yours to use, modify and distribute. We claim no rights over them.
AI-generated code is not guaranteed to compile, to be free of bugs, or to fit any particular purpose. Review what you deploy. You are responsible for the code you run on your own or someone else's server, and for any consequences of running it. The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Minecraft and third-party rules
EnderLab is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.
You must comply with the Minecraft EULA and with the rules of any server on which you use the code. Breaking a server's rules may get your account blocked there, which is outside our control and is not a defect of our service.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep EnderLab available, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages (AI provider, payment provider, hosting) or events outside our control. Technical limits such as concurrent generations, build slots and project counts may be adjusted to keep the service stable for everyone.
We may update these terms - for example when the service changes or the law does. The date at the top always shows the current version. Changes never apply retroactively to a plan you already paid for.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Polish or EU law. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
By purchasing a plan you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
